Apparently, you can add your logo, graphic, or whatever you want to the center of your QR Code, without it affecting the code! According to Scott, you can not really make your logo larger than about 25-30% of the width and height of the QR Code, but you can put your logo directly in the middle so that you have your branding on that nifty little square. Also, you can change the color of the QR Code, as long as it has enough contrast from the white background for devices to pick it up!
